Playing in the White Stuff

Carly stood like the abominable snowman at the door for 10 mins while I suited up Rogue & myself. She was so excited to go outside to make a snowman! (Thanks Nana...) It's not snowman snow, so we settled for shoveling the walk-way & sledding...

I remember back when we were kids we wanted to be outside all day when it snowed! I guess I now know why my soon-to-be 2 year old threw a little tantrum because she didn't want to go inside! Rogue surprisingly really liked it! He would giggle and smile when I pulled his sled. Then he took a tumble and that's when we decided to come on into our comfy, cozy home! It's wonderfully nice!

Play Me Some Mountain Music

We didn't get as much snow that last "storm" we were supposed to get, so no good snowy pics :(

We enjoyed the past few days with Mom, Bob, & Maria! Thanks for coming to visit. We had a great time! :) We can't wait until your next visit...YAY!
While they were up, we drove around alot & showed them the area. We went to the PA Grand Canyon - it was freezing cold! We did get a good family pic though.

This evening we also had a quick visit from Tim - which made us feel back at home with all of the special gifts from our Keystone small group! You all are seriously the best - thank you so much for everything!!!

Bedtime Crazies

The little rascals before we put them to bed. Carly is wearing Rogue's jammies, she insisted. Yes, they wear just about the same size now!
By the way...the caps on the lotion bottles are on tight, for all whom may be worried!
We're anticipating some snow the next few days. Maybe we'll post some pictures when we dig out! :)

A Fresh Start

Here is the beginning...

To anyone who is reading, we recently moved.
New Year. New town. New roads. New address. New house. New rooms. New job. New church. New friends. New stores. New doctors. New weather.
Seems intimidating with my little babies who keep me busy & Clint working 1340917490150971094714 hours a day! But God has comforted me with this idea & I am confident He will take care of us!

Isaiah 43:18-19

“Forget the former things;

do not dwell on the past.

See, I am doing a new thing!

Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?

and streams in the wasteland.”

With LOTS of prayer, everything just came together - very quickly! We found a house to rent that we just fell in love with right when we saw it. These rolling hills in Tioga County are absolutely beautiful! The more we explore the area, I just can't believe we live here!

So I'm starting this blog for family & friends to keep in touch with our new lives up here in the mountains. It seems like forever away for most of you back in eastern PA, so hopefully this is a welcoming insight of what we're up to. I'll try to post frequently with different odds & ends that we are doing!
